The Catalyst program offers a focused introduction to executive coaching and the
Positive Intelligence® framework. This program is ideal for leaders seeking to address
specific leadership challenges or those new to executive coaching who want to
experience its benefits before committing to a more comprehensive engagement.

Program Structure:
Phase 1: Foundation & PQ Program (Month 1)
  • Initial individual 90-minute alignment meeting
  • Establishment of core objectives and success metrics
  • Second session: individual 60-minute
  • Development of personalized application strategies
  • Third Session: Introduction to Positive Intelligence (PQ) concepts and framework to cohort
  • Fourth Session: First week of PQ Cohort
Phase 2: Implementation (Months 2-3)
  • Implementation of the complete 7-week PQ program
  • Weekly 60-minute cohort sessions
  • One individual 60-minute mentoring/coaching session at the completion
  • of cohort sessions
  • Integration of PQ principles into leadership practices
  • Development of advanced strategies for stakeholder influence
  • Progress assessment and calibration

This 3-month program includes:
  • Complete Positive Intelligence® (PQ) 7-week program
  • Continued learning resources and support beyond the initial 7-week PQ program
  • Full access to PQ app and materials for whole year
  • Audio copy of Positive Intelligence Book
  • 11 coaching/mentoring (individual + cohort) sessions
  • Unlimited email access between sessions
  • Progress and ongoing development recommendations
